About me

As I’ve broken through that 20-something barrier into the now 30-something arena, I believe there are just too many experiences to keep all to myself!

Studying full-time (I’ve just finished a year hiatus) on a BA Education(Early Childhood). Working part-time in a completely different field. Living in a big, beautiful old Queenslander share house including three goldfish, and several wild possums. I have two older siblings, a wonderful brother-in-law and sister-in-law, and a little niece and nephew who are simply delightful (but unfortunately all the way on the other side of the world). I have some amazing friends who are unique in their own ways (which is why I love them). I love to potter around in my garden, and I’m always looking for the next project around the house to start – I have an electric drill and I’m not afraid to use it! So life is very rarely dull.

I believe I see the world a little differently to the majority – between the lines so to speak. Extremely analytical with an eye for detail (not much gets past me), I tend to see past the facade many people put up, & straight to the heart of most situations. This has many positives, but gosh sometimes I think it would be easier to not notice, to not see beyond the surface, instead to focus solely on myself in my own little world. But then again, I wouldn’t be me would I?

I feel I have words inside me that just have to come out – so while I’m very new to this whole writing business, I intend for this blog to be an outlet for my weird and wonderful thoughts, wether they be black, white, or all the shades of grey in between! I hope you enjoy reading them ๐Ÿ™‚
